The Kansas Food Bank announced it is providing more than 55,000 meals each day to help Kansans facing food insecurity.
In response to rising demand, the organization is awarding $250,000 in grants to partner food pantries and soup kitchens. The funding will help these community organizations restock shelves and continue serving those in need.
The Kansas Food Bank says that by working together, communities can ensure every Kansan has access to the food they need.
