Driver Arrested After Crash in Riley County now faces DUI and Aggravated Battery Charges

In Riley County, law enforcement authorities have taken an individual into custody in connection with a recent crash.

The incident took place just prior to 9:30 p.m. on a Tuesday, near the junction of Green-Randolph Road and Tuttle Creek Boulevard in Randolph, as outlined in the Riley County Police Department activity report.

The crash left a 22-year-old man and a 15-year-old boy as victims. Authorities have arrested Faye Evans, a 34-year-old resident of Blue Rapids, on requested charges of driving under the influence and aggravated battery.

Evans was assigned a total bond amounting to $17,000 and was detained at the time of the report. As of early Wednesday, no further details were provided by the police.
