Washington County Election Day

Tuesday, November 7th is election day.  The polls are open from 7am to 7pm. In Washington County, polls are located at the Haddam City Hall, Clifton’s Faith United Church, Linn’s EMS building, the Barnes firehouse, Hanover’s Kloppenberg Center and the Washington Court House.  Voters may vote for City Offices, School Board positions and Extension Board Members. In Marshall County, polls are located at St. Malachy’s Hall in Beattie, the Axtell American Legion, the Summerfield Community Center, the Cigna Center in Frankfort, Valley Heights Jr./Sr. High and the Marysville American Legion.

Voters will vote on a one-half cent sales tax to help fund the proposed jail and in Waterville and Blue Rapids voters will vote on a separate one-half cent sales tax for General Funds. Voters will also vote on City and School Board positions. Please get out and vote.
