The building at 800 5th Street in downtown Clay Center, which used to hold the Clay Center Dispatch newspaper, is getting a complete remodel.

Heather Tremblay and her husband recently purchased the space as a potential investment opportunity.

The pair are currently in the process of cleaning out and revamping the interior of the building:

Tremblay says she and her husband plan to use the space to host more businesses and build upon the vibrant downtown Clay Center shopping area.
