On February 7th, the Wakefield Library hosted a group of Wakefield Flyer 1st Graders for a storytime.
Kim Orr, the Library’s Director, says they host kids from Wakefield’s Elementary School for a story time every month. Orr says the Library also occasionally hosts arts and crafts demonstrations for the kids, such as the turkey themed windsocks they made last Thanksgiving.
Orr also announced that the Wakefield Library recently received a new order of children’s books that are available to check out. The new books include the Berenstain Bears, Bluey, and Pete The Cat.
