K-State Women’s Tennis Dominates Indiana for Fifth Win of the Season

K-State women’s tennis secured a 4-0 victory over Indiana, improving their record to 5-2. The match took place at the Alabama Tennis Facility. Notably, the team won the doubles point, with standout performances from Veronika Kulhava and Tereza Polakova. Freshmen Charlotte Keitel and Maralgoo Chogsomjav contributed decisive wins in singles play. Number 92 ranked Vanesa Suarez clinched the victory with a win in the no. 1 spot. The remaining matches went unfinished. Coach Jordan Smith expressed satisfaction with the team’s performance, highlighting their resilience after a previous loss. The Wildcats will return to Manhattan for a home match against Fordham on February 17th.
