By Ryan Duey

After 28 years of dedicated service, Pawnee Mental Health CEO Robbin Cole will be retiring on May 1st of this year. Cole started at Pawnee as an intern in 1986, becoming CEO in 2006.

Over her years as CEO, she directed Pawnee through some challenging years, including the COVID pandemic, growing the company into what it is today.

Cole said she is looking forward to spending more time with family and traveling.

Being involved in helping communities with Mental Health Services will be something she misses the most, Cole said.

Getting the opportunity to spend 28 years of her life at Pawnee Mental Health is something Cole is very grateful for.

Cole is the first woman and longest-tenured CEO of Pawnee. Her leadership will be greatly missed, but she looks forward to seeing where Pawnee goes under the new CEO.
