Members of the Marshall County Museum Alliance have finalized plans for the “Marshall County Museum Day.” The Event will take place on Saturday, April 8th with all Museums opening at 10:00 a.m. All participating museums will have free admission.
The annual Museum Day Event is a way to celebrate the cultural heritage of Marshall County. Visitors will explore the history and heritage of the region through exhibits and engaging activities.
Participating Museums Include:
· Blue Rapids Museum
· Immanuel Lutheran School Museum
· Koester House Museum and Gardens
· Marysville Historic Union Pacific Depot
· Marshall County Historic Courthouse
· Pony Express Barn and Museum
· And Oketo Museum
A Museum Passport will be available, encouraging visitors to explore all the museums with prizes given out at the end of the day. You can get more information by contacting a participating Museum.
