K-State women’s basketball charges into the 2024 NCAA Tournament. With a 25-7 overall record, including 13-5 in the Big 12, the Wildcats secure an at-large bid an invitation extended to a team to participate in the postseason tournament. Under the seasoned leadership of Coach Jeff Mittie, they gear up to face Portland as the No. 4 seed in the Albany 2 regional.
A win against Portland would propel K-State into the next round, where they’d face the winner of the No. 5 Colorado-No. 12 Drake matchup. However, a loss would bring an end to their tournament journey.
As the anticipation mounts, the Wildcats stand poised to leave their mark on the tournament and etch their names into the annals of NCAA history.
