Four Wakefield High School students competed in the Wheat State League Art Show on Thursday, April 4. Two of those students, Aubrey Vlasak and Brian Draper, came home with a merit ribbon and first place in their respective categories, said Wakefield Art Teacher Barbara Bergmeier

Draper entered a video animation, and Vlasak entered a non-colored pencil pointillism drawing.
