Registration is now open for the fourth annual Summer STEAM Virtual Academy, hosted by Kansas State University College of Education. The program will be held from 9:00 a.m. to noon Monday through Thursday from June 10-27. The Academy will offer engaging, hands-on learning in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) for middle schoolers across the US and internationally. Students in grades 5-8 can enroll. The academy will offer three weeks of instruction across three different topics.
Hybrid registration options are available for educators, combining academy teachers with onsite educators. Partial scholarships are offered for Kansas schools and international partners.
The academy will have nine diverse topics including Block Coding Bootcamp, Music Using STEM, and Stop Motion Animation Fun. You can find more information and register on the Summer STEAM Virtual Academy website.
