The City of Riley will hold its City Wide Clean-up next week on Monday, May 6th, and Tuesday, May 7th. This is a great opportunity to get rid of unwanted items that would not normally be picked up by the City.

The City does ask that citizens separate piles into like items. Things such as tires, hazardous waste, electronics, batteries, liquids, plus more will not be accepted. Senior Citizens needing help moving heavy items can contact the city office for assistance.

It is requested that citizens be reasonable about what they put out and it is the City employees’ discretion to determine what gets picked up. They will not spend several hours at one household.
