Rosewood Therapeutic in Clay Center is officially open for business.

At noon on Friday, May 10, Grow Clay County partnered with Melissa Petesch, the owner and therapist of the new business, to hold a formal ribbon cutting to celebrate and welcome the new business in Clay Center’s courthouse square.

Petesch said she’s thankful for the opportunity to join the growing list of entrepreneurs opening up shop in Clay Center.

Petesch previously said she doesn’t have a singular focus area when it comes to her services. “In such a rural area,” she said, “I don’t want to really limit my scope of who I can treat because there is such a need. So, I’m really open to treating a wide variety of ages and disorders.”

The new business is located within the building at 805 5th Street in Clay Center, which was recently remodeled to provide new office spaces and business opportunities in the small town.
