Cloud County Community College head volleyball coach Hilta Ramos has announced a series of summer camps and skill sessions to be hosted throughout July at Arley Bryant Gymnasium.

The highlight of the month is the annual T-Bird volleyball camps, scheduled for July 29-31, catering to different age groups and skill levels.

– July 29*: Biddy Bird camp for grades K-3 from 9-11 AM, followed by Beginners Junior Bird Camp for grades 4-8 from 1:30-4:30 PM.

– July 30: Intermediate T-Bird Camp for grades 6-9, split into two sessions: 9 AM-12 PM and 1:30 PM-4:30 PM.

– July 31: Advanced T-Bird Camp for grades 8-12, also in two sessions: 9 AM-12 PM and 1:30 PM-4:30 PM.

All camps are commuter-based, and full-day campers can bring their own lunch to stay on campus between sessions. Participants should bring gym shorts, shoes, knee pads, and water bottles.

In addition to these camps, position camps will be held on select Mondays (July 8, 15, and 22), with sessions for Setters, Libero/DS, Outside/Right Side Hitters, and Middles. These camps are for grades 7-12 and cost $25 per session or $70 for all three.

An open gym session for grades 9-12 will also take place on July 8, 15, and 22 from 6 PM-8 PM. There is no cost for the open gym, but a signed waiver is required.
