The Riley County Police Department (RCPD) is investigating a fraud case in Randolph, Kansas.

RCPD said the report was filed on Tuesday. The victim listed is the City of Randolph. It was reported that an unknown suspect posing as a consultant group defrauded the city of $40,000.
