On Friday, Governor Laura Kelly, following Executive Order #20-30, directed flags to be lowered to half-staff on all state buildings, grounds, and facilities, effective immediately, in honor of Kansas State Representative Marvin Robinson. Flags will remain lowered until sundown on the day of his interment.

Representative Robinson will be interred following funeral services on Saturday, September 7, 2024. Flags will remain at half-staff until sundown that day.
