Chet Kuplen, CEO and Founder of Sports in Kansas, LLC, will present “Think Before You Post” – The Power of Social Media Tour on Tuesday, September 17th at 6:30 pm at The Blair Theater in Belleville.

This presentation focuses on important topics such as digital citizenship, online reputation, cyberbullying, viral posts, online criminal activity, texting and driving, networking, and mental health.

Republic County USD 109 and Pike Valley USD 426 students from 7th to 12th grade will attend a similar session earlier in the day. The event is open to parents, guardians, and community members, encouraging them to learn about the responsible use of social media.
