The City of Junction City will hold its 2nd annual Memorial Ceremony honoring those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, at the Junction City Municipal Building this Wednesday. This event offers the community an opportunity to come together in reflection and remembrance.

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM, with food being served at 5:00 PM to allow attendees to gather and connect before the formal proceedings. The event will feature tributes, including speeches, readings, and a moment of silence, paying respects to the victims, survivors, and heroes of that tragic day.

All community members are encouraged to attend and participate in this important occasion. Your presence will help commemorate the lives lost and recognize the bravery and resilience displayed on September 11th.
