City of Concordia Police Department PSA

Concordia’s annual Fall Fest celebration is on Saturday, September 28th. The Fall Fest committee is requesting your help to make this event run smoothly.

The City of Concordia Police Department announced that beginning at 2:00 AM on Saturday, these streets will be closed to vehicular traffic:

· 6th Street from Broadway to State Street

· Broadway from 6th street to the alley between 6th and 7th Streets

· Washington from 5th Street to 7th Street

· State Street from 6th Street to the alley between 6th and 7th Streets

Vehicles occupying on-street parking stalls during this time will be towed at the owner’s expense.

The Fall Fest committee suggests that individuals requiring accessible parking consider using the parking lot located directly across from City Hall.

The streets will re-open at 5:00 PM Saturday, with the exception of Broadway which will re-open Sunday morning at 8:00 AM.
