K-State Research & Extension will hold its second annual Kansas Landowner Conference on October 10-11 at the K-State Alumni Center in Manhattan.
The event is designed for agricultural landowners who may not have grown up on a farm or have inherited land and are unsure how to manage it or work with tenants.
Topics will include land values and trends, communication between landowners and tenants, estate planning, wind and solar leases, hunting leases, carbon credits, conservation programs, and an overview of the farm economy.
