TIGER CROSS COUNTRY A STRONG SHOWING IN LAWRENCE

The Tiger and Lady Tiger Cross Country Teams traveled to RimRock Farm in Lawrence for the High School Classic Saturday. There were 315 runners in the girls race and Clay Center’s Kylie Pfizenmaier ran an impressive 4th place with a time of 19:56. Janae Wolf took 40th; Maddie Larson 103rd; Railynn Cranmer 184th; Claira Wolf 211th and Izzy Matheny 244th. The team finished 13th out of 41 full teams. The Tiger Boys also ran well with 402 runners; Justice Holte would lead the way with a 71st place finish and a time of 18:25; Will Cranmer 103rd; Fernando Avalos 112th; Brett Hoffman 166th; Cale Tromp 183rd; Angel Avalos 185th and J.T. Alton 194th. The Tigers would take 19th as a team out of 55 full teams. Tiger Cross Country next will head to Junction City this Saturday.
