Dan Miller’s Cowboy Music Revue to Perform at Brown Grand Opera House Next Month

By: Ryan Duey

On Sunday, November 10th the Brown Grand Opera House in Concordia will host award-winning television host, musician, and poet Dan Miller, when he presents his AmeriCoustic Cowboy Concert to attendees at 3:00 p.m.

Miller has been entertaining families for over 20 years with a unique blend of music, poetry, and humor. Miller said you’ll hear everything from Patsy Klein to Simon and Garfunkel.

“We play a wide variety of music from Western music all the way up through classic pop things from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. We really specialize in having people sing along with us. There’s a television show out of Nashville called Larry’s Country Diner, and we have done that show probably nine or ten times and done cruises with them. So, I think people in your part of the country will know us from doing that. We’re looking forward to coming to Concordia and hoping people can join us.”

Hailing from Cody, Wyoming, Miller, and his singing partner Wendy Corr, have performed in front of thousands of people worldwide. He said they happened to stop in Concordia while on the road and looks forward to performing for the community.

“We look forward to meeting people. Just us visiting Concordia, it’s just such a wonderful town. Matter of fact, we were driving through, we had been doing a show down in Oklahoma City and we stopped, and I said, boy, I’m hungry for some Mexican restaurant food. We looked up the El Puerto’s and stopped there on a Sunday afternoon and visited with folks and walked up and down the streets and thought it was someplace we would love to come play and visit. So, I hope people can join us.”

Tickets are available now on Brown Grand’s website.
