The Kansas City Chiefs remain dominant, heading into their bye week with a perfect 5-0 record. Following their recent win against the New Orleans Saints, the Chiefs continue to hold the No. 1 position in various NFL power rankings.

Pro Football Focus’ Thomas Valentine ranked the Chiefs as the top team, noting their ability to still reach another level despite their flawless record. CBS Sports’ Pete Prisco echoed that sentiment, praising the team’s game plan and Patrick Mahomes’ 300-yard performance against the Saints.

Several major outlets, including ESPN, Yahoo! Sports, Sports Illustrated, and NBC Sports, all placed the Chiefs at No. 1. However, NFL.com and The New York Times ranked them No. 2.

As Kansas City enjoys a well-earned break, they look poised to continue their strong start when they return to action.
