The Riley County Falcons were defeated 28-6 by the Silver Lake Eagles in Friday night’s football game. Riley County struggled to find their footing, managing only one score while Silver Lake controlled much of the game.

With the loss, Riley County’s record drops to 4-2. The Falcons will aim to regroup as they prepare for a non-league matchup against the undefeated Hesston Swathers on Friday, October 18. Hesston holds a 6-0 record, following a 55-14 victory over Trinity Academy.

Riley County looks to bounce back as they continue their season and work to get back in the win column in their upcoming contest.
