Fort Riley will Hold Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony for Operation Santa Claus

The ribbon-cutting ceremony for Operation Santa Claus will take place at Santa’s Fort Riley workshop, located at 5306 Reese, on Tuesday, November 5th, at 4:00 p.m. Leaders from the 1st Infantry Division and Fort Riley will participate in the event.

Operation Santa Claus, now in its 40th year, supports local active-duty junior enlisted service members by providing holiday gifts for their children. Each child receives two toys and a stocking, and the family receives a game or puzzle.

In 2023, Operation Santa Claus served 756 Soldiers and their families, distributing 3,672 toys to 1,836 military children.
