K-State senior center Ayoka Lee has been named to the Lisa Leslie Award Watch List for the fourth time in her career. This award, presented by the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame and the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association, honors the top centers in women’s college basketball.
Lee’s recognition follows a strong 2023-24 season, where she averaged 19.7 points, 8.6 rebounds, and 2.78 blocks per game. She became the first player in K-State history to achieve multiple seasons with 500+ points, 200+ rebounds, and 75+ blocks. Lee also holds several program records, including career blocks (310) and career double-doubles (60).
Fan voting for the award begins in November, with the list narrowing from 20 players to 10 in January and to five in February before the final selection in March.
