Tigers Ride Hot Shooting To Win At Beloit

Clay Center shot over 52 percent from the field on Tuesday in a 66-52 win over state ranked Beloit. Three Tigers drained eleven three-pointers. Weston Hammond knocked down five; Owen Craig and Abram Stratton both hit three. Hammond would finish with 23 points; Craig 17; Stratton 13. Also in the scoring column was Jace Weller 6; Sonny Morgison 4 and Colten Tadtman 3. Craig also added seven assists and five rebounds to lead the Tigers. The Tigers also shot a perfect 13-13 from the free throw stripe.
