Kansas State senior center Ayoka Lee has been named to the John R. Wooden Award Midseason Top-25 Watch List, announced by the Los Angeles Athletic Club. Lee, a four-time Wooden Award candidate, is averaging 17.3 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 2.1 blocks per game this season while leading the Big 12 in field goal percentage (.669).
Lee holds K-State career records for points (2,436), rebounds (1,211), and blocks (340). She is one of three players in Big 12 history to surpass 2,000 points, 1,000 rebounds, and 300 blocks.
The Wooden Award recognizes the nation’s top player. Finalists will be selected before the NCAA Tournament, and winners will be announced on April 11, 2025. Lee is also a candidate for the Naismith Trophy and Lisa Leslie Award.
