The Kansas City Chiefs announced the debut of their original comedy series, The Magic Number, set to premiere on Tuesday, January 14, at 3 p.m. CT on the Chiefs’ YouTube channel and social media platforms.
The series, a buddy-style comedy, follows two fans on a humorous journey to find a third friend, symbolizing Chiefs fandom’s magic during the playoffs. The show features Jason Sudeikis as the narrator, with Pete Holmes, Holly Robinson Peete, and Christopher Meloni starring. Additional appearances include David Koechner and other surprise guests.
Chiefs President Mark Donovan described the series as a celebration of fans’ passion and camaraderie.
The team also released a 60-second hype video, Three Acts, as part of the “Let’s Make Magic” playoffs campaign, supported by Hy-Vee. The campaign includes in-stadium light shows and community surprises.
