Obituary- Kerry Thierolf Rozman

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Kerry Thierolf Rozman on March 8, 2025. Born on December 23, 1963 to Judd and Judy Thierolf, Kerry grew up in Beloit, Kansas, where she attended Beloit Junior-Senior High School. A proud cheerleader, she carried that same boundless energy, enthusiasm, and kindness with her throughout her life, always lifting others up and spreading joy wherever she went.

Kerry dedicated much of her career to public service, working as a city clerk in Beloit before continuing her work for the City of Clay Center. She was known for her unwavering commitment, her warm heart, and the kindness she showed to everyone she encountered.

On April 30, 2011, Kerry married the love of her life, Greg Rozman. Together, they found joy in flying across the state, embracing adventure, and making cherished memories. Above all, Kerry’s greatest love was her family. She was a devoted mother to her two children, Joseph and Alex. Though she endured the heartbreaking loss of Alex over a decade ago, Kerry’s strength, resilience, and love never wavered. She poured her heart into her role as a grandmother, treasuring every moment with her beloved grandchildren, Remi and Alex.

To know Kerry was to be touched by her kindness, her unwavering support, and her radiant spirit. A true cheerleader at heart, she lifted up those around her, spreading love and sunshine in every room she entered. Her legacy of love, laughter, and selflessness will live on in the many lives she touched.

Kerry will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her husband Greg, her son Joseph (Leah), her grandchildren Remi Rose and Alex Marie, her sister, Tami (Dan), and brother, Grant (Deanna) as well as many other extended family members and the countless friends and colleagues whose lives were made brighter by her presence.

Visitation will be at the Robert’s Family Funeral Home in Beloit, KS on Wednesday, March 12 from 1-7pm. Kerry’s family will be present from 5-7pm. A celebration of Kerry’s life will be held on Thursday, March 13, at 11:00 AM at St. John’s Catholic Church in Beloit, Kansas. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider donating to Perdue House, USD #273 Beloit Educational Foundation or CCARE (Clay Center Animal Rescue & Education). Kerry’s spirit will live on in the countless lives she touched. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
