At the November 4th City Council meeting, it was unanimously voted to approve funding toward the Multi-Generational Life Center’s two gymnasiums. After Gather for Good and private donations, funds to finish the facility’s gyms were obtained. 

Change order two includes the finishing of two gyms, flooring (with the walking track), and all gym equipment, like two volleyball nets. A removable divider will be placed between the two courts. The change order includes $600,882 for the gym areas. The total project comes to $8,654,004.07. 

Construction is underway; the change order does not affect the completion timeline.
