Kansas State women’s basketball has added Slovenian center Ivona Scekic to its 2025–26 roster. Head coach Jeff Mittie announced that Scekic will join the team in mid-December.

Scekic, from Ljubljana, Slovenia, has represented her country in several FIBA European tournaments, including the 2025 U20 and U18 Women’s EuroBasket events. At the 2025 U18 EuroBasket, she averaged 5.7 points, 6.9 rebounds, and 1.1 assists over seven games, ranking 17th in rebounds per game. Her best performance came against Greece, where she scored 13 points and grabbed nine rebounds in 19 minutes.
