A Boil Water Advisory remains for parts of Junction City affecting most customers west of Jackson Street. The advisory, announced November 12, 2025, was prompted by a waterline break that caused a loss of pressure in the system.
The City of Junction City notified the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE), which issued the advisory as a precaution. Twenty water samples were sent to KDHE for testing, and results are pending. The advisory will remain in effect until further notice.
Residents are encouraged to check the City of Junction City’s website and social media for updates.
