Kansas Works will host a virtual job fair Wednesday, offering jobseekers a chance to connect with employers without traveling to an in-person event. The online fair will run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and can be accessed from any digital device.
The event is aimed at individuals who may not be able to attend traditional job fairs during normal work hours. Participants will be able to submit applications, chat with hiring managers, and take part in virtual interviews throughout the day.
The job fair portal also provides training videos, a list of participating employers, and links for registration and login. Organizers encourage attendees to dress professionally, as some employers may request on-camera interviews.
Kansas Works says the virtual format is designed to make the job search process more flexible and accessible for Kansans statewide.
