K-State wrapped up the regular season with a 24–14 home win over Colorado on Saturday, securing bowl eligibility at 6–6. Running back Joe Jackson led the Wildcats with 142 rushing yards and three touchdowns, including a 17-yard score late in the fourth quarter to seal the game.

The contest was tied 7–7 at halftime before the Wildcats took control. A steady ground attack helped K-State finish with 206 rushing yards. Quarterback Avery Johnson added 115 passing yards and 36 rushing yards, while Luis Rodriguez connected on a 35-yard field goal.

Colorado outgained K-State 323–321 but went 0-for-2 on early scoring chances, including a blocked field goal. The Wildcats finished 4-for-4 in the red zone.

The win sends K-State to its fifth straight bowl game and marks its fourth consecutive winning record in Big 12 play. The bowl destination will be announced in the coming days.
