On February 26th, Gene Francis & Associates and Gavel Roads will host a mutli-property online auction beginning at 11:00 am.
Multiple residential properties in Clay Center, Salina, and Riley will be auctioned off. Bidding is open to the public and will take place online with a livestream, interactive auctioneer.
Bidding will stay open until three minutes have passed without receiving a bid. Terms, registration details, and property information are available in the Bidder Information Packet.
There will be an open house on Sunday, February 15th from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. Showings are also available by appointment until February 25th.
