City of Leonardville Seeking Application for City Superintendent/ Water/Wastewater Operator

 This is a full-time position with a great benefit package, which includes: KPERS retirement, insurance, sick leave, vacation time, & holidays off. 

 This position has duties in Water and Wastewater Department along with any City Maintenance that might need to be done.  Duties will include repair and maintenance of water lines, sewer lines, manholes and well houses, reading meters and assisting with any other City task that may need done.  Successful applicant shall have experience in general construction trades/maintenance and shall be able to operate equipment including but not limited to: tractor, backhoe, road grader, dump truck and mowing equipment.
TYPE:  Full-time
SALARY: Starting salary is $15.00 to $25.00/hr. Salary is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 
Must be a United States Citizen, 18 years old by the time of hire, High School diploma or GED required.  Experience is preferred but not required.

The Pump Technician will report to the Pump Sales Manager.  Solving problems while being detailed oriented and taking great care of our customers is required. This is a full time position (40 hours per week) with consistent overtime available. Strong desire to join a family owned, fast paced, productive, and fun team environment. 

 

 

·         assemble complete pumping units 

·         fabricate components 

·         mechanical pump rebuilding

The Clay County Landfill has a position available for a person with a CDL License, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days.  This is a full-time position, with benefits. Clay County, Kansas is taking applications to fill the position of Maintenance Lead for the
county’s buildings and grounds. This position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance
and repair of the county’s building and grounds. The applicant should possess basic skills
needed to maintain the various aspects of building such as HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, the
physical buildings as well as knowledge of grounds maintenance. This position will require the
