$45 Basic blood tests include:

Hemagram: WBC, RBC, Hemoglobin, Hematocrit, Platelets

Lipid panel: total cholesterol, HDL (good), LDL (bad), Triglycerides, Cholesterol/HDL ratio

TSH: Thyroid

Free T4: Measures thyroid hormone concentrations

Comprehensive panel: glucose, BUN, Creatinine, EGFR, Sodium, Potassium, Chloride, Carbon Dioxide, Calcium, Protein, Albumin, Globulin, Bilirubin, Alk Phos, AST & ALT (liver enzymes)

Other tests:

$20 Cardio CRP (heart risk and stroke risk indicator)

$25 PSA
$15 Hemoglobin A1C

$35 Vitamin D

 

For best rest results, do not eat or drink 8-10 hours prior to blood draw. Please take your regular medicine and drink water/black coffee only. Lab results come to you for you to share with your doctorl.
