North Central Kansas Medical Center in Concordia announced Amy Wilson as its Values in Action Award Winner for 2025. The Values in Action Award is given to employees who have demonstrated extraordinary behavior – exemplifying any of the organization’s core values of patient-centered care, quality, trust, integrity, and sustainability. Employees are nominated by peers, and a quarterly winner is announced. The NCKMC team has chosen Wilson, a registered nurse in the Specialty Clinic, as the 2025 overall winner for her continued focus on patient care.
“Amy exemplifies what the Values in Action Award represents,” said Dave Garnas, NCKMC Administrator. “Her extraordinary dedication, unwavering integrity, and truly patient-centered approach set the standard for compassionate care.
“Amy consistently goes above and beyond for her patients and her colleagues, and her actions reflect our values in meaningful ways every single day. We are incredibly proud to recognize her with the 2025 Values in Action Award.”
Wilson has been awarded a certificate for her award, along with $500 in Concordia Chamber Bucks.
