Big Lakes Developmental Center Serves individuals with developmental disabilities in Riley, Geary, Clay and Pottawatomie counties, and is celebrating 50 years of service.

Each year, Big Lakes nominates a Client of the Year to recognize their client’s progress at the center.

The 2023 Client of the Year will be announced at the Big Lakes Holiday party on December 15th.

Feldkamp also noted with Thanksgiving around the corner, Big Lakes is hosting their yearly giving campaign and is asking for donations to help fund their services. Those wishing to donate to the campaign can do so through their website at www.biglakes.org. The campaign runs from now to the end of December.
