This award will be used for the college’s new Technical Education and Innovation Center, set to open in August. This new center will help provide access to high-need, in-demand careers in Kansas, like Nursing, Welding, Renewable Energy, and more. Construction on the center began in April 2023. It will be open in time for classes for the 2024 Fall Semester.
The ribbon cutting and grand opening are scheduled for Friday, August 2nd at 1:00 p.m. and the public is welcome to attend.
