North Central Kansas Medical Center, located in Concordia, KS, has been recognized by Engineering-News Record for its design. Engineering-News Record recognizes projects, architects, and more for top designs from all over the world. The center made the list for 2023 Best Project Awards. They also received an Award of Merit in Healthcare for their new facility that opened in fall of 2022. TreanorHL, who designed the facility, nominated the center for the award. There were two panels of judges who looked over the nominations and 18 categories. North Central Kansas Medical Center was one of 29 winners total.
