Sunset Home in Concordia, Kansas was recently nominated for a new award created by the KFMC Health Improvement Partners (KFMC, INC). Several other healthcare organizations were also nominated in the state of Kansas.

The award, created for organizations showing advancements in technology, health and community partnerships, the workforce, and more, will be presented to the winner at the second annual Health Equity Summit on October 27th.

The winner will be acknowledged at the event and receive an award of $500 in cash. They will also be featured in social media and marketing campaigns. Those that have been nominated will be evaluated by a panel of judges from different areas of the healthcare field.
