Dayforce, a leader in human capital management, will provide the Chiefs with real-time workforce data and tools covering payroll, time management, talent, and analytics. The platform is designed to help the organization make quicker, data-driven decisions.
Chiefs Executive Vice President of Administration Kirsten Krug said the partnership builds on the team’s ongoing use of Dayforce technology. “As our business and workforce grow, we need efficient solutions to help manage talent,” Krug said.
Dayforce Chief Customer Officer Chris Armstrong added that the Chiefs are setting a standard for how organizations can use HR technology to strengthen culture and compliance.
The Chiefs will continue integrating Dayforce’s AI-powered platform across their operations as the regular season approaches.
