By Jayson Henderson

The Kansas City Chiefs finalized their initial 53-man roster on Tuesday ahead of the 2025 NFL season. The roster includes two quarterbacks — Patrick Mahomes and Gardner Minshew — along with 24 offensive players, 26 defensive players, and three specialists.

Notable names include wide receivers Hollywood Brown, Rashee Rice, and rookie Xavier Worthy, as well as tight ends Travis Kelce and Noah Gray. Chris Jones, George Karlaftis, and returning defensive tackle Derrick Nnadi headline the defensive front.

The Chiefs also made several roster moves Friday, signing tight end Robert Tonyan to the active roster and adding six players — including Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Zacch Pickens — to the practice squad. Defensive tackle Coziah Izzard and receiver Hal Presley were released from the practice squad.

Roster changes remain possible as the season approaches.
