Two public hearings will be held for the potential condemnation of two properties in Clay Center.
On December 16th at 5:30 the public is invited to discuss an outbuilding at 725 Bridge Street and a structure at 732 Clay Street. This is a regularly scheduled City Council meeting.
The public hearing is part of the legal process to officially condemn a property within city limits.
