The Brown Grand Opera House is hosting Concordia’s Got Talent, with a live finals show set for April 26. Anyone who wants to compete must submit a video audition by April 1, 2026. More than $500 in cash prizes will be awarded to winners.

The contest is open to individuals and groups from Cloud, Republic, Ottawa, Washington, Clay, Mitchell, and Jewell counties. There are two divisions: youth ages 6–16 and adults age 17 and older. Performances must be appropriate for a family audience.

Audition videos are limited to 2.5 minutes, and finalists may perform up to 5 minutes live. Six finalists per division will advance. One in each division will be chosen by public voting on the Brown Grand Facebook page April 3–9, with the rest selected by judges.

Finalists will be announced by April 10. Judges will score acts on skill, creativity, professionalism, and overall performance. The venue provides basic sound, lighting, and some equipment. Dangerous acts are not allowed.

Groups and individuals who want to compete must fill out the registration form. Round I audition videos must be emailed to director@browngrand.org by midnight on April 1. The live finals will be held Sunday, April 26. Tickets are sold at the door only.
