Students across Dickinson County still have time to apply for scholarships through the Community Foundation of Dickinson County, but the deadline is approaching quickly. This year, more than $200,000 is available through 56 scholarship funds for students pursuing college degrees, trade schools, certifications, and other career training.
A new online scholarship system now allows students to complete one common application and be matched with multiple opportunities, saving time and expanding access. Last year, over $200,000 was awarded to 46 local students, helping reduce financial barriers for families across the county. The scholarships are funded by generous donors who believe in investing in the next generation.
Applications must be submitted online at communityfoundation.us by February 15. Students and families with questions are encouraged to contact the Foundation for assistance.
