Empowering Women in Agriculture: Register Now for the 2025 Women Managing the Farm Conference

Registration is now open for the 2025 Women Managing the Farm Conference taking place February 13-14 in Manhattan. This annual event brings together women’s voices, ideas, and expertise to collaborate and learn.

For 21 years, the Women Managing the Farm Conference has provided a platform for women in agriculture to share knowledge and spark new conversations. This year’s theme, Forging the Future, aims to empower attendees with the skills, connections, and insights to lead their operations forward. The conference will feature keynote speakers covering a range of topics including financial planning, grain marketing, K-State Research and Extension, and internal motivation.

Keynote speakers include:

  • Carrie Williams, Merchandising Manager at AgMark LLC, on “A Global and Local View of Grain Supply and Demand”
  • Kristy Archuleta, Professor of Financial Planning at the University of Georgia, on “Forging the Future: Protecting Your Family’s Legacy”
  • Carol Ann Crouch and Nancy Honig, on “Who Gets Grandma’s Yellow Pie Plate?”
  • Matt Rush, Author of Stress Free You, on “Managing the Generations”

Beyond the keynotes, attendees can participate in breakout sessions focused on practical topics for implementation on the farm, ranch, or in agribusiness.

Two pre-conference tours will be available in central Kansas and the Manhattan area, along with the “Women in the Middle” session, offering resources for women balancing multiple generations and life stages. A Farm to Table Dinner on Wednesday evening is also available as part of the pre-conference events.

Early registration is open until January 10 and includes a discounted price. Special pricing is available for high school and college students. For more information and to reserve your spot, visit womenmanagingthefarm.com.
