Fort Riley to remain on minimal manning with limited services Friday

Fort Riley will continue operating with minimal manning and limited services Dec. 23.

• All Child Development Centers and the School Age Centers will remain closed Friday.
• The 24-hour fitness centers at Whitside and Craig will remain open. All other fitness centers will be closed.
• Irwin Army Community Hospital will offer virtual appointments or reschedule. Patients can call the appointment line at 785-239-3627
• Outdoor recreation areas will be closed until after 11 a.m. Friday. Training areas C, F and I will remain off limits. Hunters and other outdoor visitors to Fort Riley training areas must check in at https://fortriley.isportsman.net/.
• The Henry, Trooper and Ogden access control points will remain open 24/7. All other gates will remain closed through Monday.
• The Fort Riley Commissary, Fort Riley Main Post Exchange and all Express locations will open at 10 a.m. Friday.
